Job summary

HAESUNG DS PHILIPPINES, INC. (Formerly: PSMC Philippines, Inc.) is seeking a Quality Control professional for the Operations & Logistics department in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

The role requires 2-3 years in QC and knowledge of SPC, with responsibilities spanning document control, SPC oversight, and process improvement. The position is full-time and focuses on ensuring product quality through inspection standards, non-conformity handling, and supplier feedback until corrective actions are

Qualifications

• Graduate of any engineering course or equivalent.
• 2-3 years experience in quality control activities.
• Male/Female, at least 22 years old.
• With knowledge on Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Responsibilities

• Prepares and controls QC documents.
• Reviews and monitors SPC implementation.
• Consolidates product inspection standards and processes.
• Reviews non-conformities of the product being processed.
• Feedbacks and monitors corrective action for processed product non-conformities.
• Feedbacks and monitors those items, which failed in Re-FA.
• Review product inspection procedure for continuous improvement.
• Monitors process defects and feedbacks to the process owner for corrective and preventive actions.
• Handles incoming inspection or raw materials (copper).
• Handles non-conforming materials and feedbacks to supplier.
• Conduct internal/external quality & environmental systems audit
• Performs other duties as assigned.
