Description

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on legal and compliance matters.
• Monitor changes in legislation and advise the company on necessary actions.
• Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• Work-related experience in a Manpower or Security Agency is an advantage
• Background in Paralegal is a plus
• Preferably Female
• Amenable to work in Santa Lucia, Pasig City
