Ilaw Learning And Workshop Inc. in Muntinlupa is seeking a dedicated Compliance Monitor to supervise day-to-day compliance activities, review processes, and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

The role covers risk assessments, audits, reporting, policy updates, training, and collaboration with operations, finance, and clients to maintain robust compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Legal Management, or related field.
• Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management (supervisory experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day compliance activities and ensure team adherence to policies and procedures.
• Review processes, transactions, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Monitor compliance risks and ensure timely escalation of issues.
• Conduct compliance checks, internal audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify gaps in controls, procedures, and operational compliance.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to management.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports, audit findings, and status updates.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, investigations, and resolutions.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and client requirements.
• Assist in implementing and updating compliance policies and internal controls.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and client-specific standards.
• Support rollout of new compliance procedures across teams.
• Supervise and guide compliance associates or analysts.
• Conduct training sessions on compliance standards, ethics, and regulatory updates.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, auditors, and external regulators.
• Support resolution of compliance-related issues raised by clients or auditors.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure end-to-end compliance.
