Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (Microsoft Azure) to maintain and enhance Azure-hosted services globally. You will work with application teams and service owners to resolve incidents, optimize environments, and improve reliability and operational excellence.

The role focuses on cloud operations, health checks, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions for international banking platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud operations, Azure engineering, application support, or infrastructure support.
• Strong understanding of incident management, production support, and cloud operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related incidents and production issues.
• Support the adoption of new Azure services and cloud-native capabilities.
• Perform health checks, monitoring, log analysis, and performance reviews using Azure-native tools.
• Optimize cloud environments for scalability, resiliency, security, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct technical and architecture reviews and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Document solutions, lessons learned, and best practices to promote knowledge sharing.
• Participate in a limited on-call rotation for critical incidents.
