Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO/call center experience.
• At least 6 months of SQL experience or SaaS background.
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
• Based in the Philippines.

You Must Have

• High School / SHS / College Graduate
• At least 6 months of BPO/call center experience

• IT-related educational background
• Technical support experience
• Basic API knowledge
• Basic database understanding
• CSR/TSR experience with SQL knowledge
