Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO/call center experience.
• At least 6 months of SQL experience or SaaS background.
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
• Based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer concerns related to SQL and technical support.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Analyze queries and provide accurate support.
• Document cases, updates, and resolutions properly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations.
