Job summary

Alta Sports, a growing sports media and digital platform in the Philippines, is hiring a Community Manager to build and grow its fan communities, starting with our flagship Eala Nation community. You will foster engagement, loyalty, and active use among fans.

You will create engaging content, moderate daily interactions, and collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to drive community growth. Weekend events may require flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or related field.
• Experience growing online communities, preferably in sports/entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication and content skills, knowledge of Filipino sports fans.
• Experience working with KOLs or influencers is a plus.
• Passion for sports, with interest in tennis or athlete/fan communities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends for live matches/events.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow sports fan communities across social and digital platforms.
• Develop engaging content and activities that encourage participation and user-generated content.
• Manage community engagement, moderation, and day-to-day interactions with fans.
• Develop relationships with KOLs, fan groups, and community partners.
• Support online and offline fan activations, events, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and partnerships teams to drive growth.
• Monitor community performance and provide regular insights and recommendations.
