Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.
• Education in Treasury/Banking (e.g. Treasury certificate, banking apprenticeship).
• 2-3 years of working related experience in Treasury/AP/AR.
• Affinity to SAP TR/FI, E-banking, SAP Payment Run via F110.
• Knowledge in Cash Management and MS-Office.
• Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus but not required.
• Able to work in shifting schedules; analytical thinker with teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of treasury processes according to business needs.
• Support compliant operations in all money transactions and payment runs.
• Liquidity management including daily cash positioning and short-term forecast.
• Execute FX Spot trading and various payment types.
• Assist integration of countries/functions in the Service Shared Center.
• Take on day-to-day tasks and support ad-hoc analyses.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support implementation of state of the art treasury processes according to the business needs
• Support high qualified, internally and externally compliant operations in all money transactions and in the handling of payment runs of all respective processes
• Liquidity Management which includes daily cash positioning, short-term forecast, borrowing and investment
• Execution of FX Spot trading
• Execution of all types of payment
• Assist the integration of countries and functions in the Service Shared Center
• Take over tasks of day-to-day-business (partly as substitute of other colleagues
• Participate or support add-hoc tasks or analysis

About our future Employee

• Bachelors degree (B.A., B.Sc.) in business administration or similar
• Education in Treasury/Banking (e.g. Treasury certificate, apprenticeship in banking etc.)
• 2-3 years of working related experience in Treasury/AP/AR.
• Affinity to computer systems, especially to SAP TR/FI and to E-banking systems
• Knowledge in SAP Payment run via F110
• Knowledge in Cash Management
• MS-Office knowledge
• Has strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus but not required
• Must be amenable to work in shifting schedules
• Analytical thinking, teamwork and collaborative spirit
