Job summary

About the role

As a Specialist, Resource Planning, you will help ensure 1Aviation's ground handling operations have the right manpower at the right time. You will support workforce planning, forecasting, and manpower allocation while working closely with Operations and HR to maintain operational readiness and service quality.

Key responsibilities
