Job summary

You will develop staffing plans, forecast needs from flight schedules, monitor utilization, and prepare reports, while promoting compliance with safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in Resource Management or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop resource and manpower plans based on operational requirements.
• Forecast staffing needs based on flight schedules, passenger volume, and service demand.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR for timely availability of qualified manpower.
• Monitor manpower utilization, staffing levels and resource gaps.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to support planning and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to optimize manpower allocation and improve resource utilization.
• Prepare manpower reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management.
• Support workforce planning projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Promote compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards.
