Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in the strategy development and implementation of CSR projects to uplift standards of living, promote sustainable development, and maintain harmonious relations with host communities.
• Collaborate with agencies, local government units, NGOs, educational, business, financial institutions, and community organizations to establish arrangements, expand resources, and sustain positive relationships.
• Implement special projects in a timely and orderly manner in coordination with Site CSR teams and external stakeholders to address negative social impacts, enhance positive impacts, and promote sustainable development.
• Conduct capacity‑building interventions for communities and site CSR teams to maximize opportunities and achieve target outcomes.
• Conduct periodic visits to designated projects and beneficiaries within EDC sites to provide guidance on overall implementation.
• Gather and process monitoring and evaluation data, proposing recommendations to continuously improve CSR project development and implementation in relation to key results areas and target objectives.
• Prepare reports on CSR projects to comply with company, regulatory, and financing agencies’ reporting requirements.
• Continuously collect and compile information and trends from local stakeholders on socio‑economic conditions, business practices, proficiencies, resources, and development programs, along with community feedback and concerns, to inform program improvements and maintain a responsive CSR database.
• Facilitate encoding and updating of Corporate Social Responsibility Information Systems to support focused, responsive, and sustainable CSR program development.
• Ensure timely acquisition of social permits, commensurate conditions, endorsements, and legal compliance to safeguard business continuity and address social impacts.
• Prepare details of capital and operating expenditure (CAPEX/OPEX) proposals for CSR projects.
• Execute health, security, environmental, and safety rules and regulations of the company; practice behaviors aligned with core values; comply with company rules and policies; and perform other related duties assigned by superiors.
