Role Purpose: The CSR Events Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring corporate social responsibility initiatives that align with the company’s values, brand, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CSR programs, campaigns, and community initiatives.
• Identify partnership opportunities with NGOs, communities, and organizations.
• Ensure CSR activities align with company brand, mission, and compliance standards.
• Assist in managing CSR budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate events, outreach programs, and volunteer activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives (reports, KPIs, metrics).
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with marketing/PR teams to promote CSR activities and enhance brand image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in CSR activations, charity events, brand marketing activations or similar support role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in events, community engagement, or sustainability programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CSR trends, ESG principles, or sustainability practices.
• Analytical skills for reporting and impact measurement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Strong network or existing connections with NGOs, charitable institutions, and local government units (LGUs) is a plus.
