Job summary

IQVIA Manila Hub is seeking a process‑driven TA Operations professional to own daily delivery and KPI reporting, driving enhancements to APAC TA workflows and coordinating data audits. You will support regional automation initiatives and Workday enhancement projects to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The role requires a blended capability in HRIS, process governance, and stakeholder collaboration, with a hybrid work setup and regional scope across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
• 4 years HRIS experience or equivalent.
• Experience in HR Shared Services environment.
• Experience supporting process transitions and stabilization.
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and operational trackers.
• Experience with Philippine employee benefits processing and administration.
• Experience in TA admin operations or recruitment support processes.

Responsibilities

• Own daily delivery and enhancements to TA workflows.

Essential Functions

Operational Delivery & Performance Management Serve as a key member responsible for Manila Hub TA processes and tasks, taking ownership of daily delivery and enhancements to current workflows in line with HRSS KPI requirements. Coordinate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, including weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and update KPI tracking procedures as needed. Coordinate global and regional data audit processes, including issue identification, reporting, user communication, and remedial training.

Process Excellence & Automation

Serve as a process subject-matter expert with full mastery of end-to-end APAC TA processes; identify and recommend process improvements and roll out viable automation solutions. Support and participate in APAC process improvement and automation activities and co‑own the promotion of APAC ad hoc initiatives with the Regional Project Manager.

Projects, Systems Enhancements & Change Delivery

Support the Project Manager in delivering APAC Workday enhancements and testing activities, monitor results, and ensure required follow‑up actions are completed on time. Assist the Project Manager with TA‑related transition activities and the full implementation and rollout of projects across the region or designated countries.

Regional Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

Maintain close communication with TA process owners across countries and regions; regularly share regional updates, improvements, lessons learned, and success stories, and adapt proven practices to improve APAC TA operational efficiency. Regularly share TA experience with process owners across APAC countries and provide backup support to team members.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 years HRIS experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• HR Shared Services Experience - Experience working in an HR Shared Services environment.
• Process Transition Experience - Experience supporting process transitions, including knowledge transfer, implementation, and stabilization.
• Process Documentation and Governance - Experience creating, maintaining, reviewing, and improving process documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and operational trackers.
• Philippines HR Benefits Processing - Experience in Philippine employee benefits processing and administration.
• Talent Acquisition Operations / Process Expertise - Experience in TA admin operations or recruitment support processes
