Job summary

DBS Bank Limited in the Philippines is seeking a capable Business Analyst to support a corporate digital banking platform migration. The role focuses on embedding India-specific business requirements, customer journeys and operational considerations into the Singapore-origin platform.

You will collaborate with project teams to document business requirements, review FSDs and ensure the solution meets India market needs, while building knowledge for future migration and rollout.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate India-specific customer and operational journeys against the proposed platform solution, identifying market-specific requirements, gaps and considerations that need to be addressed.
• Work closely with the relevant project teams to define and document business requirements and ensure India-specific requirements are appropriately incorporated into the solution.
• Support the preparation and review of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), ensuring that India requirements are accurately captured and translated into the solution design.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the platform solution, migration approach, implementation requirements and key dependencies.
• Contribute to migration and implementation planning from an India perspective, identifying and addressing relevant market-specific considerations and dependencies.
• Build the knowledge and capabilities required to subsequently support and execute the platform migration and rollout in India upon completion of the Singapore assignment.

Job Responsibilities

The role will support the corporate digital banking platform project in Singapore, with a particular focus on ensuring that India-specific business requirements, customer journeys and operational considerations are appropriately incorporated into the solution. The assignment will also enable the incumbent to develop in-depth knowledge of the corporate digital banking solution and migration approach, in preparation for supporting the subsequent migration and implementation of platform in India.
