Job summary

DBS Bank Limited in the Philippines is seeking a capable Business Analyst to support a corporate digital banking platform migration. The role focuses on embedding India-specific business requirements, customer journeys and operational considerations into the Singapore-origin platform.

You will collaborate with project teams to document business requirements, review FSDs and ensure the solution meets India market needs, while building knowledge for future migration and rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Good understanding of digital banking platforms, technologies, and customer experience best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, drive project delivery, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate India-specific customer and operational journeys against the proposed platform solution, identifying market-specific requirements, gaps and considerations that need to be addressed.
• Work closely with the relevant project teams to define and document business requirements and ensure India-specific requirements are appropriately incorporated into the solution.
• Support the preparation and review of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), ensuring that India requirements are accurately captured and translated into the solution design.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the platform solution, migration approach, implementation requirements and key dependencies.
• Contribute to migration and implementation planning from an India perspective, identifying and addressing relevant market-specific considerations and dependencies.
• Build the knowledge and capabilities required to subsequently support and execute the platform migration and rollout in India upon completion of the Singapore assignment.
