Negros Longlife Corporation in Dumaguete, Negros Oriental is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to support Yakult CP distribution to households. You will train and assist YL in opening household accounts, and help achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining strong customer relations.

Ideal candidates are college-level with 1–2 years in sales, strong communication, and computer skills. Willingness to field-work and relocate is preferred; flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be at least college level.
• 1–2 years of working experience in sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Required skills: Sales, distribution experience, customer exposure.
• Good in oral and written communication skills.
• With knowledge in computer applications.
• Willing to do fieldwork activities and open to relocation if necessary.
• Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.

• Submits updated consumers list of households that are covered by YL, Conducts regular inventory of YL Stocks on-hand.

• Conducts fieldworks training to YL are within compliance according to YPI Standards.

• Establishes and maintains good business relationships with YL.

• Flexible, great team player and can work effectively with others, at all levels and different departments on and off the field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be at least college level.

• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in sales and is an advantage but not mandatory.

• With driving skills: (4 wheels) is an advantage.
