About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join the team at Yili Joyday Ice Cream. This is a full-time position based in Kidapawan City, Cotabato. As a Field Sales Agent, you will be the face of our brand in the market, responsible for driving sales, building relationships with retailers and customers, and ensuring our products are visible and accessible across your assigned territory. This role is crucial to our growth strategy and directly impacts our market presence and revenue generation in your region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field sales visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, convenience stores and other distribution points within your assigned territory
• Promote Yili Joyday Ice Cream products and educate retailers and customers about product features, benefits and promotional offers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, store managers and key decision-makers
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising and stock levels at all retail locations
• Gather market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback from the field
• Process orders and manage transactions efficiently and accurately
• Report on sales performance, customer interactions and market developments through regular updates and documentation
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential retail partners in your territory
• Represent the company professionally and maintain brand integrity in all customer interactions

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record of success in field sales, direct sales or retail sales roles within the retail and consumer products sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers and retail partners
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple retail accounts efficiently
• Product knowledge of ice cream, frozen desserts or fast-moving consumer goods is advantageous
• Reliability and consistent attendance to support regular field visits and customer engagement
• A valid driver’s licence and access to personal transportation to visit retail locations across your territory
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate retail outlet operating times and promotional activities
• Basic numeracy skills for order processing and transaction management
