Job summary

Beyond Innovations Inc is seeking a Service/Spare Parts Supervisor in Quezon City to lead end-to-end operations for Spare Parts and Service departments. This role covers procurement, inventory control, and order fulfillment across ERP/CRM platforms.

Daily duties include supervising spare parts requests, managing transfer orders in Business Central, validating quotations, and generating analytics in Dynamics 365 and Bitrix. Strong supplier communication is essential for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Business Management or related 4-year course.
• 3+ years in customer service and technical environment.
• Experience with supplier relations or direct customer interaction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Spare Parts Requests and validation of WMVT.
• Manage transfer orders and positive adjustments in Business Central.
• Validate quotations and ensure sign-off by required approvals.
• Generate daily reports in Dynamics 365 BC and Bitrix; audit key service reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts availability and documentation.
• Handle Revolving Fund Liquidation and related financial tasks.
