Job summary

BJ Mercantile Inc. is seeking a warehouse operations professional to oversee daily warehouse activities in Quezon City. The role requires 5–10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree, working on-site full-time.

The candidate will manage receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of spare parts, ensure safety and efficiency, and supervise warehouse staff while optimizing ERP-driven inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of warehouse/operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of truck and bus spare parts.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization, housekeeping, and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, monitor performance, and ensure proper workforce utilization.
• Ensure that all prices of parts for sales are within the industry rates.
• Utilize ERP and warehouse management systems for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
• Monitor and validate all inventory transactions in the ERP system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Generate timely inventory, stock movement, and operational reports required by management.
