Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed in the job ad.
• Experience in after-sales operations, spare parts administration, inventory management, or warehouse support functions.
• Knowledge of spare parts inventory monitoring, stock control and documentation.
• Familiar with processing spare parts requests, stock issuances, receiving transactions and inventory records.
• Experience with administrative tasks, report preparation and document management.
• Knowledge of inventory reconciliation, stock movement monitoring and maintaining accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using ERP inventory systems or warehouse software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical and record-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Excellent communication and coordination with internal departments and service teams.
• Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential inventory records.
• Willing to work onsite at MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update spare parts inventory records for accuracy and availability.
• Process spare parts requests, stock issuances, receiving transactions and related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishments to prevent stockouts.
• Assist in inventory counts, stock verification and reconciliation.
• Prepare inventory reports and spare parts utilization reports.
• Coordinate with after-sales, warehouse, procurement and service teams on stock movements.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing spare parts transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain organized filing systems for inventory records and reports.
• Investigate variances and help resolve stock discrepancies.
• Support after-sales operations by timely processing of spare parts requests.
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and documentation standards.
• Perform other spare parts administration, inventory control and office support tasks.
