Job summary

Technolux Equipment & Supply Corporation is seeking an Inventory Controller to maintain optimum spare parts stock at our Makati office. The role involves forecasting, purchasing support, and ensuring availability of fast-moving items.

You will monitor slow-moving parts, prepare stock reports, and implement efficient inventory procedures. Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ related experience are preferred, with strong MS Excel skills and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in any field.
• 5 years in parts forecasting or inventory planning preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to generate stock reports.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in purchasing, resources allocation and forecasting.
• Monitor fast-moving and critical spare parts to ensure stock availability.
• Analyze monthly replenishment forHead Office.
• Control inventory of slow-moving items and per-order items.
• Track movement of slow-moving/non-moving spare parts from requisition to installation.
• Supervise inventory cycle counting.
• Maintain active records and analyze parts requirements by brand.
• Develop and adopt best procedures for inventory planning and control.
• Record incoming/outgoing spare parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Overview

Ensures that the optimum level of spare parts inventory is maintained.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helps the organization’s management in purchasing inventory, allocating resources and forecasting
• Monitors the fast moving/critical spare parts and ensure stock availability
• Analyzes monthly replenish of spare parts and materials for Head office.
• Analyzes and controls inventory of slow moving parts and per order basis items.
• Monitors movement of ordered slow moving and nonmoving spare parts from requisition up to installation and maintain file of uninstalled parts subject for factory return.
• Supervises the inventory cycle counting.
• Analyzes inventory transaction including
• Maintains active record & equipment per brand and analyze parts requirement based on population.
• Develops, maintain and adopt the best operational procedures and practices for inventory planning and control.
• Monitors and records of spare parts incoming and outgoing.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate
• Preferably with 5 years Parts/Forecasting related experience in any industry
• Advanced/High level MS Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to create reports related to stocks’ inventory
• With good communication skills
