Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Spanish Team Lead for our Taguig-based financial account. The role requires leadership of Spanish-speaking agents in a BPO/BPM environment, with onsite work at BGC Taguig and shifts.

Candidates should be ready to start ASAP and have strong Spanish skills at least at B2 level. The position emphasizes team management, coaching, and governance, with opportunities for career development and a quarterly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in the BPO/BPM industry.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum B2 level Spanish proficiency (CEFR/Berlitz).
• Must have been a team lead for Spanish-speaking agents (voice).
• 2+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams including resource planning, career planning and performance management.
• Coach team members and bridge knowledge gaps.
• Handle escalations and drive resolution ownership to closure.
• Lead governance and communicate updates to internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure team is aligned to process updates and targets.
• Mentor on process improvements and Six Sigma/lean projects.
