Based in Manila with night-shift hours, you will drive spend optimization, adhere to SLAs, and collaborate across global teams to deliver value and compliant procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate in English.
• Strong understanding of Demand-to-Pay and Spend Management processes.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials and services with focus on quality, quantity, price, source and timing.
• Improve supply chain efficiency and optimize value for customers.
• Adhere to procurement standards and SLAs.
• Align commercial activities with organizational goals.
• Negotiate with local and global vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Manage end-to-end Purchase Order lifecycle.
• Coordinate contract creation, changes, and approvals via Contract Management System.
• Support contract administration and improve contract hygiene.
• Aim for 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.
