Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing purchase requests from internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate supplier data and performance metrics.
• Specify delivery terms, quantities, and payment conditions.
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Generate payment files and process supplier payments.
• Review invoices and reconcile payment proposals.
• Prepare Broker Expense and Bank Reconciliations.
• Perform other related administrative or accounting tasks as required.
