Job summary

IBM is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for Spanish-speaking needs in the Philippines. The role supports the recruitment team and vendors, coordinating interviews, travel, offers, and onboarding while maintaining ATS data accuracy.

Requires Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in recruitment administration, 1 year HR/staffing, and fluent Spanish and English. RPO experience is a plus. Hybrid work in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years recruitment administration experience.
• At least 1 year HR/ Staffing experience.
• RPO experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English (level 2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
• Book resources for interviews
• Generate and send offer letters/packages.
• Facilitate background investigations of new hires.
• Monitor background vendor activity and coordinate with vendors to complete background/drug processing.
• Kick-off, perform, monitor, and complete onboarding activities.
• Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications.
• Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updated.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management.
