Formación

• Spanish language proficiency required
• Minimum Career Level is CL11

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and process the expense reports received
• Perform initial review to verify adequacy of supporting documents before processing
• Resolve issues by communicating to appropriate channels
• Release or continue processing reports when issues are resolved
• Perform analysis and calculate related taxes and make journal entries for manual expense reports
• Establish and maintain procedures to monitor policy compliance
• Monitor and report late submission of expense documentation
• Validate approval levels and signatories on expense reports
• Escalate missing documents and assist in resolving issues
• Perform statistical sample audits
• Prepare reports related to expenses
• Manage Accenture processes and user system access per security and privacy requirements
• Develop relationships with counterparts to ensure rapid research and response
• Perform special projects as assigned by Team Leader or Manager
• Client industry experience is a plus
