Accenture is seeking a Spanish Record to Report (R2R) Ops Analyst in Taguig for a hybrid work setup. The role focuses on reviewing and analyzing expense claims to ensure compliance with the T&E policy submitted by employees.

Responsibilities include processing expense reports, validating documents, and ensuring proper journal entries and tax calculations. Experience with client policies and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

• Monitor and process expense reports.
• Perform initial review to verify supporting documents per policies.
• Resolve documentation issues by communicating with appropriate channels.
• Release or continue processing reports on hold after issues are resolved.
• Perform analysis and calculate related taxes; make journal entries for manual reports.
• Establish and maintain procedures to monitor expense policy compliance.
• Monitor and report late submission of expense documentation.
• Validate approval levels and signatories on expense reports.
• Escalate missing supporting documents and assist in resolving escalated issues.
• Conduct statistical sample audits of expense reports.
• Prepare reports related to expenses.
• Manage Accenture processes and user system access per security and data privacy rules.
• Develop relations with counterparts to ensure rapid research and response times.
• Perform special projects as assigned by Team Leader or Manager.
• Client industry experience is a plus.
