We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Spanish and English-speaking customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in both Spanish and English.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, orders, and policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Meet performance targets including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Stay up to date with company procedures, product changes, and service updates.

Requirements
