Job summary

Med-Metrix International PH-I, INC. is seeking a Spanish bilingual healthcare claims representative in Ortigas, Pasig City. You will answer inquiries, resolve disputes, and collect self-pay balances via phone, while using GE and Epic systems and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The role requires healthcare claims experience, strong English and Spanish communication, and the ability to work US hours in a collaborative team environment. On-site position with benefits featured.

Qualifications

• Healthcare claims experience between 6 months and 1 year.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Maintains composure during difficult calls with customers.
• Willing to work US hours.
• On-site work at Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries and disputes by clarifying, researching, locating, and providing information.
• Process patient credit card payments over the phone to resolve balances.
• Have basic knowledge of healthcare claims processing including ICD-9/10, CPT, HCPC codes and 1500 forms.
• Understand revenue cycle and healthcare reimbursement concepts.
• Utilize GE and Epic workflow systems and related tools.
• Analyze and resolve issues on patient accounts.
• Collaborate courteously with patients, visitors, co-workers, management and clients.
• Adhere to client/team policies and maintain daily productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
