Job summary

EPSILON GROUP SERVICES INC. is seeking an experienced Spanish Bilingual Quality Analyst to join our US Healthcare BPO and RCM team in Ortigas. You will audit healthcare accounts, evaluate calls, and calibrate quality with QA stakeholders to uphold stringent guidelines.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• At least 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in a BPO setup.
• QA auditing experience supporting a US Healthcare account.
• Healthcare RCM experience is required.
• Experience in hospital billing audit is highly preferred.
• Strong background in healthcare processes, quality auditing, and call guideline adherence.
• Experience participating in QA calibration sessions.
• Proficient in Spanish.
• Experience with EPIC is an advantage.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
• Must be amenable to night shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits for healthcare BPO transactions and interactions.
• Evaluate calls and transactions based on established quality and compliance guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare account processes, call handling standards, and quality requirements.
• Participate in calibration sessions and work closely with operations and other QA stakeholders.
• Identify quality gaps and provide actionable feedback.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the account.
• Perform audits related to healthcare billing and RCM processes.
