• No Spanish bilingual experience required as long as communication is effective.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients (US-based)
• Assist with banking services such as branch info, schedules, and fund transfers
• Support account opening, card requests, and basic banking concerns
• Address inquiries on balances, charges, and banking documents
• Escalate complex cases such as fraud and specialized requests to the appropriate team
