Qualifications

Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
No Spanish bilingual experience required as long as communication is effective.
Willing to handle banking and customer support inquiries.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients (US-based)
Assist with banking services such as branch info, schedules, and fund transfers
Support account opening, card requests, and basic banking concerns
Address inquiries on balances, charges, and banking documents
Escalate complex cases such as fraud and specialized requests to the appropriate team
