Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) for stakeholder engagement.
• Able to work a fixed night schedule in alignment with Americas business hours.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in a high-volume processing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with HR partners across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Execute Workday data tasks within SLA windows: onboarding/offboarding, job/position changes, pay group assignments, government ID updates, service date edits, IA/localization actions.
• Monitor Workday inboxes and ServiceNow queues; route or escalate cases as needed.
• Perform data validation and peer-checks to ensure accuracy and First Time Resolution (FTR).
• Support EIB uploads and mass data actions as directed.
• Follow SOPs and knowledge articles; flag discrepancies for review.
