Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HR operations specialist to execute Workday data transactions, onboarding/offboarding, and localization actions. You will work with English and Spanish, support governance and reporting, and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a fixed night schedule aligned with North or South America hours, strong attention to detail, and proficient MS Office skills. Prior Workday/ServiceNow experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Ability to work on a fixed night schedule aligned with North or South America business hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy in a high-volume processing environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Prior HR Shared Services, People Services Center, or HR Operations experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM and ServiceNow case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Workday data transactions including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, pay group assignments, and localization actions.
• Monitor Workday inboxes and ServiceNow queues; process, route, or escalate cases.
• Perform data validation and peer checks to ensure accuracy and First Time Resolution.
• Support EIB uploads and other mass data actions.
• Follow SOPs and Knowledge Articles and flag discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Benefits COE and HR on benefits-related Workday tasks.
• Generate scheduled and ad hoc HR administration reports (manpower, absenteeism, overtime, headcount).
• Distribute reports, maintain execution records, and flag anomalies.
• Serve as primary Spanish-language point of contact for HR partners and employees in North and Latin American markets.
• Process GDM transactions and HR tasks for North and Latin American business processes.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle Workday tasks while adapting to regional process nuances.
• Communicate proactively with HR partners in Spanish to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain accuracy and quality scores and participate in quality audits.
