Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers and delivery routes in real-time.
• Communicate with drivers via phone, chat, and dispatch systems (Spanish & English).
• Handle issues such as delays, attendance, and route concerns.
• Escalate urgent issues to Operations/Dispatch Managers.
• Track delivery status and ensure completion of routes.
• Maintain accurate reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Document incidents and operational updates.
