Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Spanish-speaking Technical Support Representative to join our Bridgetowne team in Quezon City. This full-time role requires onsite work on a night shift schedule and offers a competitive PHP salary range.

The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers, and collaborating with global teams. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of BPO TSR experience, strong English and Spanish communication skills, and are available to start ASAP.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of BPO Technical Support / TSR experience.
Strong technical support background.
Good English and Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written.
Open to non-native Spanish speakers / Filipino candidates only.
Minimum 2 years of college education with no back subjects.
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

Provide Spanish-speaking technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through solutions.
Maintain high-quality customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
Liaise with global teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Document issues and solutions clearly for knowledge base updates.
