Recruitify_HR is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Associate in Metro Manila. The role requires handling inquiries in English and Spanish, guiding customers on products and services, and resolving issues to sustain high satisfaction.

You will collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience, perform follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback in a fast-paced office environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• 1–3 years in customer service or related field.
