Job summary

J-K Network Services in the Philippines is hiring for Spanish Healthcare Technical Support, night shift, onsite setup. It requires Spanish and English proficiency and at least 6 months in Spanish technical support. Open to foreign nationals with permanent visa.

You will provide bilingual technical support via phone, email, chat, or other channels, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions for escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Filipino candidate with proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Open to foreign nationals with permanent visa in the Philippines.
• Accepts Senior High School graduates, undergraduates, or bachelor's degree holders.
• At least 6 months of experience in Spanish Technical Support.
• Willing to work in an onsite setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers in Spanish and English via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while delivering quality customer service.
• Communicate clearly with customers in both languages.
• Document customer concerns and resolutions, and escalate complex issues when needed.
