Job summary

J-K Network Services in Quezon City is hiring a Spanish Accounts Receivable Analyst to support AR activities within a night-friendly, on-site setup. You will handle high-volume AR processes in a BPO/shared services environment, using SAP and communicating effectively in Spanish and English.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and solid analytical skills. Filipino candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply, with a fixed on-site

Qualifications

• Filipino who can speak Spanish and English with written and oral communication skills.
• Open for SHS, college graduates, or 2 years in college.
• 1-2 years of experience in high-volume transactions, BPO or shared services.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and proactive assistance to customer inquiries and requests.
• Review and release orders placed on hold in a timely manner.
• Assess account standing and provide recommendations for held orders/shipments.
• Maintain customer account databases and input required data in the central system.
• Adhere to client processes and policies and ensure compliance.
• Create month-end AR reports, AR reconciliations and journal entries.
• Send monthly AR balances to Intercompany clients and prepare aging reports.
• Support workflow to achieve or exceed business unit expectations.
