Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Space Planning Supervisor (Brands) to plan, organize, and coordinate the movement and placement of brands inside stores. Brands may be under consignor or rental agreements and must be executed on time according to the schedule.

The role requires collaborating with Store Development, Trading, Operations, and Suppliers to ensure accurate planograms and optimal customer experience across Pharmacy layouts and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in space planning, merchandising, retail operations, or related field.
• Knowledge of retail layouts and store operations is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and planning skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise planograms in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely release and accuracy of planograms.
• Monitor store compliance with planogram standards.
• Review in-store execution and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Set standard merchandise display guidelines for Pharmacy layouts in collaboration with Store Development and Operations.
• Support space planning requirements for new products and initiatives.
• Maintain accuracy of planogram data and product information.

Role Summary

The Space Planning Supervisor (Brands) is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the movement and placement of brands inside the stores. These brands may be under consignor or outright rental agreements. The role ensures that brand movements are:

• Properly coordinated with Store Development, Trading, Operations, and Suppliers
• Implemented on time and according to the schedule
• Executed accurately based on approved design and assigned store locations
