Job summary

Csod in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a Space Planning Manager (Micro) to drive profit and sales productivity by optimizing space allocation, revising planograms, and coordinating brand highlight requests within annual space plans.

You will review workflow effectiveness, study display rules, consolidate space strategies with internal stakeholders, coach team members, and provide detailed reports to monitor category sales growth and hero display utilization.

Our Space Planning Manager (Micro) is the person responsible for ensuring an increase in profit and sales productivity of products through optimal space allocation and utilization when revising planograms and plotting brand highlight requests. The role also ensures the implementation of annual space planning plans.

JOB ROLES

• Review the effectiveness of workflow processes and propose improvements in order to efficiently support internal customers
• Periodically study the effectiveness of merchandise display rules in planograms
• Consolidate and execute space strategies in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Understand current market trends and commercial opportunities in relation to revising planograms
• Review the quality of proposed POGs (planograms) and identify areas for new items or new product ranges
• Continuously work to improve the overall effectiveness of planogram management through the development of automation, communication, and reporting tools
• Provide detailed reports for analysis to continuously improve category sales growth
• Ensure that all brand highlight spaces dedicated for hero display are utilized in achieving Other Income targets for all categories
• Coach team members on Micro space management
