INTELEGENCIA BPO LLC CORP. is seeking a Merchandise Planning Coordinator to drive showroom merchandising, assortment planning, and space optimization. You will analyze product performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support new store openings and remodels.
The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, CAD layout development, and effective product transitions across store locations, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Merchandise Planning Coordinator to support showroom merchandising, assortment planning, space optimization, and product performance analysis.
In this role, you will work closely with merchandising, visual, supply chain, sales, and other cross-functional teams to maximize sales and profitability through effective product assortment and showroom space planning. You will also support new store openings, showroom remodels, product transitions, and CAD layout management.
Create and maintain showroom CAD diagrams to evaluate performance, product adjacencies, and layout effectiveness.
Update and maintain showroom product CAD layouts and the product CAD library.
Develop CAD layouts that support assortment optimization and showroom merchandising initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of new store opening projects.
Assist with showroom remodel projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Compile showroom performance data and collaborate with sales management to gather insights on product performance.
Analyze showroom performance and recommend items to keep, drop, or replace within the assortment.
Develop merchandising project scopes and CAD layout plans for assortment optimization projects.
Coordinate project execution with the Visual Project Manager.
Allocate showroom space effectively based on product performance, style, and category.
Develop product transition plans tailored to different store locations using localized sales performance data.
Support merchandising goals and initiatives through data-driven assortment and space planning.
Evaluate and optimize product assortments by region based on company objectives, customer preferences, sales performance, and market trends.
Analyze historical sales data to identify top-performing items, slow movers, and underperforming products.
Identify seasonal variations and emerging trends to help optimize assortments and capitalize on market opportunities.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers, visual, supply chain, and sales teams.
Provide accurate analysis and recommendations to support merchandising and business decisions.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
Candidates with coursework or educational background in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Merchandising, or Architecture are also encouraged to apply.
At least 1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising, database management, retail sales, merchandising, or a related field.
Experience in a retail environment, merchandising, category management, or space planning is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform product analysis and comparative pricing studies against competitors.
High degree of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Workspace/Google Docs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience using Adobe InDesign.
Knowledge or experience with CAD.
Previous experience in visual merchandising, space planning, or showroom planning.
Experience working with product performance, sales, or assortment data.
