Job summary

Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay in Malay, Aklan is hiring a Spa Therapist / Massage Therapist with at least 6 months of massage experience and NC II certification. This role focuses on training, supervision, and delivering exceptional spa experiences to guests.

Responsibilities include coordinating monthly training, conducting sessions, evaluating staff performance, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a massage therapist.
• Preferably NC II massage therapist certification.
• DOH licensed therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead spa training programs: prepare monthly therapist training schedules for Spa Manager approval.
• Conduct weekly training sessions to improve treatment techniques, product knowledge, guest service, and standards.
• Evaluate therapist performance and recommend refresher or retraining.
• Develop action plans to improve individual performance and maintain treatment manuals.
• Monitor spa procedures, service standards, and operating procedures for compliance.
• Coordinate with Spa Manager on therapist concerns and training opportunities.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to therapists and support employee development.
• Attend daily coordination meetings and assist with routine spa operations.
• Perform spa treatments when needed to support operations.
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and appearance standards across the team.
