Job summary

Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay is seeking a Training Officer to elevate employee skills and performance across the resort. The role drives high-performance culture and service standards, developing and implementing training programs aligned with guest experience expectations.

Responsibilities include annual training planning, onboarding, facilitating engaging sessions on guest service, leadership, communication, health & safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Ad, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related course
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Training, Learning & Development Officer or Training Officer
• Experience in a 4-star hotel environment is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and service excellence standards

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs that support a high-performance culture and service standards
• Assess training needs, design and facilitate learning programs, and collaborate with management
• Create and manage an annual training calendar and monthly learning calendar
• Coordinate with departments to maximize attendance while minimizing operational disruptions
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and orient them to culture, policies, and standards
• Coordinate training logistics: venues, materials, learning resources, and attendance
• Partner with HR, Department Heads, and leaders to align learning with goals
• Measure training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and evaluations; identify improvements
