Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Ad, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Training, Learning & Development Officer, or Training Officer.
• Experience in a 4-star hotel environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and service excellence standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs that support a high-performance culture.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing employee development.
• Coordinate annual training calendar and learning modules.
• Collaborate with HR, department heads, and external providers.
• Monitor training impact through evaluations and metrics.
• Maintain training records and prepare regular reports.
