Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist, Front Desk Receptionist or Customer Service role is advantageous.
• Spa, wellness, hotel or resort experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational and appointment-scheduling skills.
• Basic knowledge of cashiering and payment processing.
• Computer literate; spa/POS systems experience is an advantage.
• Sales orientation and ability to promote spa services and packages.

Responsibilities

• Handle spa appointments, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
