Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SOX 404 requirements, ICFR concepts, US GAAP, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute SOX control testing for business processes, IT applications, and IT general controls.
• Document testing workpapers with evidence and conclusions.
• Identify deficiencies and communicate findings to management.
• Support stakeholder alignment and remediation planning.
• Provide testing updates to senior management and assist external auditors.
