The role oversees planning, execution, and continuous improvement of SOX 404 programs and collaborates with senior leaders and external auditors to ensure regulatory alignment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SOX compliance and testing, including ITGCs/ITACs.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• CPA, ACAA, CIA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong ICFR and SOX program experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with global ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global ICFR testing strategy focused on ITGCs and ITACs.
• Lead planning activities, readiness initiatives, training, and documentation for ICFR testing.
• Oversee SOX scoping and risk assessment activities across regions.
• Drive process improvements and automation in ICFR testing.
• Lead risk assessments for business processes and define control objectives.
• Oversee ITGC/ITAC walkthroughs and testing to ensure SOX/GIAS compliance.
• Maintain complete and accurate testing documentation.
• Identify deficiencies and support remediation plans.
• Coordinate with process owners and external auditors to address findings.
