Job summary

Anchored Solutions MNL, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced internal audit leader to drive US SOX 404 engagements, focus on business process controls, and develop high‑quality documentation. You will coordinate engagement planning, execution, and remediation, while supervising teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 7–10+ years in internal audit with SOX, COSO alignment, and ERP exposure. CPA preferred; IFRS/GAAP knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
7–10+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, SOX 404, and internal controls.
Proven experience leading US SOX engagements and building RACMs/narratives.
Experience with ERP environments (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle/Workday/Dynamics).
Strong client-facing communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end internal audit and SOX engagements; manage plans, budgets, and resources.
Serve as day-to-day client lead; supervise teams and contribute to planning, execution, and reporting.
Develop and review RACMs, narratives, walkthroughs, and evidence requirements.
Coordinate with IT audit specialists to align ITGCs and key reports.
Drive remediation plans and monitor progress; ensure audit readiness.
