Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking an IT Lead Auditor to execute testing procedures supporting the SOX Section 404 program. The role focuses on IT application controls, IT General Controls, and documenting results while identifying deficiencies for remediation.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, supervise Senior Auditors as needed, and ensure all work complies with internal SOX methodology and PCAOB standards. Fluent English is required to communicate findings clearly to management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in SOX 404, ITACs and ITGC testing in audit or advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of SOX 404, ICFR, US GAAP and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business communication in English.

Mansioni

• Support ICFR test program including reviewing process narratives and prior year workpapers.
• Execute design/operating‑effectiveness testing for IT applications and ITGCs per SOX procedures.
• Document testing workpapers with evidence and conclusions.
• Evaluate controls for design adequacy and SOX compliance.
• Perform data validation and evidence verification with accuracy.
• Identify deficiencies and prepare clear exception documentation.
• Communicate findings to the SOX Senior Manager for alignment.
• Facilitate discussions with process owners to align on reported conditions.
• Support external auditors with requested workpapers.
• Ensure testing adheres to internal SOX methodology and PCAOB standards.
• Participate in internal QA of workpapers and revise docs accordingly.
• Maintain English language documentation across regions.
