Anchored Solutions MNL, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Audit SOX Lead in the Philippines to oversee end-to-end SOX engagements and drive control effectiveness. You will coordinate planning, execution, and remediation with client stakeholders and internal teams.

The role emphasizes leadership of audits, documentation quality, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and process owners. Applicants based in the Philippines only.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Internal Auditing, or related field.
• CPA preferred; CIA/CISA and other relevant certifications are a plus.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, SOX 404, and internal controls.
• Proven experience leading US SOX engagements; RACMs/narratives/walkthrough documentation.
• Experience with ERP environments (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics).

• Lead end-to-end internal audit and SOX 404 engagements from planning through remediation.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client lead; supervise engagement teams and planning.
• Develop engagement plans, timelines, budgets, and resource models.
• Lead walkthroughs, identify control gaps, and drive remediation tracking.
• Assess deficiencies and provide remediation support and risk evaluation.
• Provide internal audit advisory and risk management support as applicable.
• Lead, coach, and review team workpapers and quality deliverables.
